Course Overview

Course Objectives
Ultrasound Image Interpretation: Enhance skills in interpreting ultrasound images, focusing on identifying the structure and function of the fetal heart through the four-chamber view to detect congenital heart anomalies.
Diagnosis of Defects: Learn to recognize and diagnose various congenital heart defects, such as septal defects or hypoplastic chambers, using standardized criteria and techniques within the four-chamber ultrasound assessment.
Technical Proficiency: Gain technical competence in performing ultrasound scans, specifically optimizing the four-chamber view to improve accuracy and reliability in the prenatal detection of congenital heart defects.
