Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant will:
Identify the mesenteric arteries and the abdominal organs they supply
Describe the normal and abnormal Doppler waveform morphology of the mesenteric arteries
Appreciate acute and chronic mesenteric arterial ischemia
Target Audience
Physicians, sonographers, and others who perform and/or interpret ultrasound.
