Objectives
Develop a strategy for complete ultrasound exam and assess the pancreatic ductal anatomy.
Compare the sonographic appearance of normal pancreatic anatomy versus pancreatitis.
Differentiate the sonographic characteristics seen with acute versus chronic pancreatitis and distinguish pancreatic atrophy post-pancreatitis.
Evaluate the sonographic characteristics of pancreatic pseudocysts, simple cysts, and intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms.
