Event Overview

The Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Course trains physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and first responders to recognize cardiac arrest, initiate high-quality CPR, use AEDs, and perform team-based resuscitation, thereby improving outcomes in cardiac arrest scenarios.

Objectives

- Recognize cardiac arrest - Initiate high-quality CPR - Use an AED effectively - Provide effective ventilations - Execute team-based resuscitation - Identify strategies to improve response times - Follow evidence-based BLS protocols
