Course Overview

Learn how to detect and diagnose congenital heart disease (CHD) in fetuses with this comprehensive course on fetal cardiac screening. Focus on the four-chamber view, outflow tracts, and advanced ultrasound techniques. Course Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant will:

  • Develop a systematic approach to four-chamber view assessment

  • Recognize some of the cardiac lesions that can be diagnosed during evaluation of the four-chamber view

  • Describe some of the risk factors that would increase the risk of congenital heart disease in the fetus


Target Audience

  • Physicians, sonographers, and others who perform and/or interpret ultrasound.
