Objectives

Review the differential diagnosis for an absent cavum septum pellucidum.
Identify the sonographic signs associated with agenesis of the corpus callosum.
Discuss the neurologic outcome for an isolated absence of the cavum septum pellucidum and agenesis of the corpus callosum.
