Objectives

Review the differential diagnosis of a congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
Identify the sonographic signs associated with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
Understand the physiologic mechanism behind the success of in-utero therapy for a liver-up congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
