Sonographic Detection of Severe Skeletal Dysplasias Course
Course Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant will:
Be able to explain why measurement of the femur length often provides the first clue that bone formation is abnormal
Discuss how comparison of femur length with other growing body parts can help confirm skeletal dysplasia
Know how to summarize the remainder of the extended anatomical survey to predict lethality
Describe specific skeletal dysplasias

Physicians, sonographers, and others who perform and/or interpret obstetrical ultrasound.
