Course Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant will:
Describe the spectrum of signs and symptoms of uterine leiomyomas.
Classify leiomyomas pre-operatively to allow the selection of the most appropriate operative technique.
Improve patient management through the use of transvaginal ultrasound to differentiate leiomyomas from adenomyosis.
Target Audience
Physicians, sonographers, and others who perform and/or interpret obstetrical ultrasound.
