Course Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant will:

  • Understand the basic etiology and symptoms of renal artery stenosis, renal vein thrombosis, pseudoaneurysm, and arteriovenous fistula.
  • Recognize the sonographic appearance of renal artery stenosis, renal vein thrombosis, pseudoaneurysm, and arteriovenous fistula.

Target Audience

  • Physicians, sonographers, and others who perform and/or interpret ultrasound.
